ACCESS to VICTORIA SURF residence and to OCEAN 7 apartment

 

ARRIVAL of TRAVELERS

The entrance to the Residence is located at 21 Ter Avenue Edouard VII, on the city side, under the porch bearing the inscription “Résidence Victoria Surf”. Access from the street is on one level to the residence's 4 spacious elevators. The apartment is located on the 7th floor. The residence is secure. From 7 p.m. to 8 a.m., Sundays and public holidays, the glass doors of the main entrance open with a code which is sent to you before your arrival. This code is also used to enter the Residence on the beach side, to access the swimming pool, as well as for the elevators on level -1/swimming pool/beach.

Access to the apartment is also via a code to be entered on the digital pad of the digital lock, which allows you to arrive completely independently from 3 p.m. at the start of your stay. The apartment number and access codes are sent to you by SMS and/or WhatsApp within 24 hours before your arrival. In the apartment a multilingual welcome booklet gives you more information (Wifi code, etc.)

Where to get supplies nearby?

• 50m away, 3 avenue de la Marne, small SPAR supermarket Open 7/7 8am-7.30pm Sun 9am-1pm. Exit the residence on the right then at the traffic lights on the left, the sign is visible 50m away.

• 2 Carrefour Express and 1 Carrefour City are less than 600m from the Victoria Surf.

• Biarritz market at 700m.

Where to eat within 200m?

• Le PALAIS DE JADE : chinese, thaï and vietnamese cooking, located at the start of Queen Victoria Avenue.

• Le BLEU CAFÉ: on the beach, snacks and small dishes, large terrace and reasonable prices.

• La TRATTORIA – Pizzeria, 20 Av. Edouard VII, under the arcades on the right when leaving the residence: good pizzas, but above all excellent Prawns served with saffron tagliatelle! (take away food)

• Chez EUGENIE: gourmet, Seafood speciality, on the right after the Hermès store. Terrace

• L’ATELIER, Pizzas and Burgers on the terrace or to take away, avenue de la Marne after the SPAR supermarket.

• Le BOUCHON BIARROT: French and Basque cuisine, highly rated, at the start of Avenue de la Reine Victoria.

• Chez COCO: good food, local or international dishes, opposite the Casino.

• Brasserie LA COUPOLE, place G. Clémenceau 400m from the residence shortly after the Town Hall

HEALTH

• Pharmacy: 100m from the start of Arcades on Avenue Edouard VII

• Sanitary protocol COVID 19: We apply reinforced cleaning processes in 5 points: 1. Sanitization of all surfaces and handles with disinfectant wipes and a steam cleaner where possible; 2. Bedding, lingerie, towels are cleaned and sanitized at high temperature by a professional pressing; 3. Our cleaners and disinfectants are approved by international health organizations and we wear protective equipment to avoid cross-contamination; 4. Hydroalcoholic gel, wipes and professional disinfectant sprayer are available to travelers; 5. We respect and encourage compliance with health rules and local legislation.

L’appartement parfait! C’est notre deuxième séjour mais on compte déjà y revenir, tellement on sent bien. Il ne manque de rien. Literie de qualité, serviettes douces, propreté au cordeau, joliment décorée et équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour un séjour à Biarritz tout à pied mais on peut réserver une place de parking si besoin.
Les hôtes sont juste adorables, d’une disponibilités et gentillesse remarquable.
On recommande vivement.

Beste Lage, top sauber, überaus freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber Christian und Luda, die auch Zusatzwünsche erfüllen. Bei Ankunft waren Annehmlichkeiten wie Getränke und Kaffeepads, Spültabs etc. vorhanden. Alles super organisiert und beschrieben.

Wir hätten gerne Meerblick gehabt und eine Klimatisierung an den super heißen Tagen. Parkplatz bitte rechtzeitig vorher reservieren, sonst wird es schwierig (wir hatten Glück) Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Schwimmbad dringend sanierungsbedürftig.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and downtown. The check in process was very easy with a code to use for access for the duration of our stay. We found the hosts very friendly and always available if we needed them. A lovely, clean apartment that we would definitely recommend to others visiting Biarritz!

Exceptional.

Everything was wonderful. On arrival, Christian and Luda, his wife, were waiting for us and helped us park, which for the center of Biarritz is very lucky. The apartment is clean, furnished and equipped with everything you need. Supermarket next door, the beach on the ground floor, you are practically in the center of the resort. In the fridge, a nice surprise: beer and water. We were very impressed.

Perfect apartment for a week for 2. Very comfortable bedding, very complete equipment, survival kit for arrival (tea, coffee pods, condiments, cold beers and mineral water).
